Shipping & Returns

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. For bespoke or custom-sized frames, please allow an additional 3-5 days for manufacturing.

2. Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days (Free on orders over ₹2000)
• Express Shipping: 2-3 business days (₹250 flat rate)
• Next Day Delivery: Available in select metro cities (₹500 flat rate)

3. International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping directly through our retail portal. For international bulk or B2B orders, please contact our export division at b2b@maadurgaframes.com for custom freight quotes.

4. Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

Note on Custom Items: Custom-sized frames, personalized prints, and bespoke orders are strictly non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

5. Damaged Items

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@maadurgaframes.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
